Every commission begins with the site, the light, and how you intend to live. We design and draft complete residential plan sets — developed to construction level and prepared for review and stamping by licensed engineers. Most of our work still arrives by referral, and we keep the practice small enough to stay personal.

From more than three hundred designs drawn over thirty years, we are assembling a permanent collection — plans selected for buildable footprints, adaptable materials, and styles that belong on the coast without being bound to a single lot. Each is prepared to the same standard as our custom work.
